Note: We do not currently support the reporting of incidents via the feedback form below, which is insecure and not continuously monitored.

We aim to constantly improve our service and any comments or complaints you send us will be implemented and investigated wherever possible.
If you have any comments or complaints about any aspects of the 101 service please complete the form below by using the drop down menu to select the area that you want to provide feedback to.
If you do have an urgent complaint, which is serious and/or sensitive in nature then please dial 101 and speak to an adviser who will take the details and tell you what will happen next.
