All calls related to anti-social behaviour will be analysed by the Inter-Agency Community Safety Bureau (ICSB), established through 101. The ICSB identifies anti-social behaviour hotspots and emerging problems so that action can be taken to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour in the longer term.
